Wonderful photographs, Martha! Now all I need is your commentary to go with them...! I'm not surprised that it feels hot and bright: on sunny summer days in the northern latitudes, the sunlight often feels much more intense and the heat hotter, to people who live further south. And summer days often are very humid in western Russia. Thank you for taking the time to take and post these photographs! Leslie
